ENUFF PC gives administrators complete control of their facility's
computers in a business environment. It offers a very
simple user interface which makes installing and using it a
breeze. Making computers available in multi user areas
all of a sudden becomes a simple task.
Features more specific to
business:
- Set up ENUFF PC across a
network
and centralize the administration of user settings on one
computer
- Setup as many user accounts as
required
- Quickly access the ENUFF
Configuration panel and revise day/time limits for add and
delete users
-
Allow users to see how much time is
left at any time
- Access a user log to see who has
used the computer and when
- When you want to restrict certain programs, approach a
user's configuration by telling ENUFF PC to either...
-
- Let this user work with any
program except the ones I select, or
- Let this user work only with
the programs I select and nothing else. This option
prevents the user from installing/running new programs
without your
permission.
ENUFF PC maintains its own user
database and is the only program of its kind which can handle
hundreds or thousands of individual users without the need to create new
windows accounts.
- When ENUFF is configured on a network, each user can work
with any one of the computers only for the total time s/he is
allowed each day
- Import
any number of user names and
passwords and with one
click create an account for each user giving them all
the same privileges
- In a hotel environment, ENUFF PC allows administrators to set
up one account for each room having identical time limits,
using ENUFF's quick account duplication feature
- In a library or other public
access area, ENUFF offers a unique feature whereby
staff can set up accounts (15, 30, 60 min long) and a
librarian/admin. can sign in a library patron. When his/her
time expires, this person is off the computer with no
arguments. This account resets its time automatically and
the administrator can then sign in the next person using a
single password
- In a conference or
exhibition area, import a large list
of attendees and allow them to use the public access
computers say for 15 min (or more) per day to stay in-touch
- ENUFF PC comes with special
tools which allow you to hide
its user list and certain buttons which could turn off the PC
or log off windows. Another special feature allows you to set
it so that ENUFF will close certain programs
when the user signs off (or is forced to sign off)
- In a business, make
a computer available to your staff but limit the programs
they can use
ENUFF PC is...
Compatible with all
Internet connections (eg. high-speed cable, DSL, wireless and
dialup)
Very flexible. Users don't
need to use their 2 or 5 hour daily time block all at once. They
can pause their time and continue later on. But, if they have to
be off the computer say by 10:30 PM, ENUFF will enforce this limit
whether they have used all their time or not.
Multi-level protection prevents
users from...
- Changing the computer's date and
time
- Changing any configurations set
by the administrators
-
Starting the PC in Safe Mode
- Changing any critical Windows
settings in an effort to bypass it (such as through the
Registry, the Task Manger, Date/Time settings etc.)
- Bypassing, shutting down or
deleting ENUFF PC
